Terms of Service

By using DigitRelay you agree to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy.

Service

DigitRelay provides dedicated phone numbers for receiving SMS verification codes on accounts you own. Service availability is target 99.5% monthly uptime, excluding planned maintenance and provider outages.

Billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly through our payment processor. Overage SMS are billed via metered usage. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time via the billing portal.

Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for breaches of the Acceptable Use Policy, fraud, non-payment, or activity prohibited by carriers or applicable law. We may release your numbers upon termination.

Liability

Service is provided "as is." Aggregate liability is capped at the amount paid in the prior 12 months. We are not liable for inability to receive a verification code from any third party.
