Acceptable Use Policy

DigitRelay is a privacy tool for receiving SMS verification codes you are authorized to receive. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes consistent with this policy and the rules of your carrier and applicable law.

Permitted uses

• Receiving codes for accounts you own and operate.
• Reducing exposure of your personal phone number to third parties.
• Business communication where SMS is the agreed channel.

Prohibited uses

You may not use DigitRelay to:

• Commit fraud (financial, government benefits, romance, etc.).
• Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited marketing.
• Evade bans or restrictions imposed by a platform, carrier, or law.
• Mass-create accounts on third-party services.
• Receive content related to adult exploitation, illegal marketplaces, carding, or CVV/fullz.
• Harass, impersonate, or stalk any person.
• Violate any export-control, sanctions, or applicable privacy law.

Enforcement

We operate automated risk detection (velocity, multi-service abuse, keyword scoring, new-account bursts). Accounts triggering rules are placed under PENDING_REVIEW or SUSPENDED. We may report unlawful activity to law enforcement and provide records as required by court order.
