This Privacy Policy describes how DigitRelay collects, uses, and protects your information.

Data we collect

• Account information: email, name, profile picture (via Google sign-in).
• Billing data: handled by our payment processor; we store customer/subscription IDs.
• SMS messages: stored encrypted at rest (Fernet, AES-128) and retained per your plan.
• Operational logs: audit trail of account changes and admin actions.

How we use it

To deliver the service, prevent abuse, comply with law, and improve product reliability. We never sell your data and never use message content for advertising.

Retention

Message content is retained for the period defined by your plan (30/90/365 days). You may delete individual messages at any time. Audit logs are retained for 13 months.
